Water/Methanol Injection...Drink up!

Putting my water/meth in and was just curious. Mathematically a bottle of Everclear is 95% alcohol. Could I use that watered down or does the alcohol have to be some expensive special brand only found in three stores in the valley? Just want to be cost effective.
